These Terms & Conditions define the terms under which Blue Comfort Cleaning provides its cleaning services.<\/p>\n

Any booking or use of the services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n

Blue Comfort Cleaning provides cleaning services for private individuals and professionals, including in particular:<\/p>\n

One-off or regular residential cleaning<\/p>\n

Short-let \/ Airbnb cleaning services<\/p>\n

Specific cleaning services upon request<\/p>\n

The scope and details of each service are defined at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

BOOKING OF SERVICES<\/b><\/p>\n

Bookings may be made:<\/p>\n

via the website<\/p>\n

by email<\/p>\n

by phone<\/p>\n

via WhatsApp<\/p>\n

Any booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation (email, message or WhatsApp).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

ACCES TO THE PROPERTY<\/b><\/p>\n

The client undertakes to:<\/p>\n

provide secure access to the property at the agreed date and time<\/p>\n

ensure that the property is accessible (keys, access codes, on-site presence if required)<\/p>\n

If access to the property is not possible at the scheduled time, the service may be considered due.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CLEANING PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT<\/b><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise agreed, the client agrees to provide the necessary cleaning products and equipment, in order to ensure a cleaning service that meets their habits and the specific requirements of the property.<\/p>\n

Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to refuse the use of any product deemed dangerous, unsuitable or non-compliant.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PRICING<\/b><\/p>\n

Prices are communicated prior to the service and may vary depending on:<\/p>\n

the size of the property<\/p>\n

the type of service requested<\/p>\n

the estimated duration<\/p>\n

any specific requests<\/p>\n

Prices are expressed in euros (\u20ac), unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PAYMENT<\/b><\/p>\n

Payment terms are specified at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due after the service has been completed or in accordance with the agreed conditions.<\/p>\n

In the event of late payment, Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to suspend future services.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION<\/b><\/p>\n

Cancellation by the client<\/p>\n

Any cancellation or modification must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.<\/p>\n

In the event of late cancellation or client absence, Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to charge all or part of the service.<\/p>\n

Cancellation by Blue Comfort Cleaning<\/p>\n

Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service in the event of force majeure or exceptional unavailability. The client will be informed as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SERVICE QUALITY AND COMPLAINTS<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Blue Comfort Cleaning is committed to providing a professional and high-quality service.<\/p>\n

Any complaint must be submitted within 24 hours following the service, by email, phone or WhatsApp, in order to allow a prompt review of the situation.<\/p>\n

LIABILITY<\/p>\n

Blue Comfort Cleaning shall not be held liable for:<\/p>\n

fragile or valuable items that were not declared<\/p>\n

damage resulting from faulty or unsuitable equipment provided by the client<\/p>\n

indirect or immaterial damages<\/p>\n

In all cases, Blue Comfort Cleaning\u2019s liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

INSURANCE<\/b><\/p>\n

Blue Comfort Cleaning declares that it is covered by professional civil liability insurance in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PERSONAL DATA<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Personal data collected in connection with the services is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

GOVERNING LAW<\/b><\/p>\n

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Maltese law.<\/p>\n

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.<\/p>\n

CHANGES TO THE TERMES & CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>\n

Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.<\/p>\n
