These Terms & Conditions define the terms under which Blue Comfort Cleaning provides its cleaning services.
Any booking or use of the services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

SERVICE PROVIDED
Blue Comfort Cleaning provides cleaning services for private individuals and professionals, including in particular:
One-off or regular residential cleaning
Short-let / Airbnb cleaning services
Specific cleaning services upon request
The scope and details of each service are defined at the time of booking.
BOOKING OF SERVICES
Bookings may be made:
via the website
by email
by phone
via WhatsApp
Any booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation (email, message or WhatsApp).
ACCES TO THE PROPERTY
The client undertakes to:
provide secure access to the property at the agreed date and time
ensure that the property is accessible (keys, access codes, on-site presence if required)
If access to the property is not possible at the scheduled time, the service may be considered due.
CLEANING PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT
Unless otherwise agreed, the client agrees to provide the necessary cleaning products and equipment, in order to ensure a cleaning service that meets their habits and the specific requirements of the property.
Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to refuse the use of any product deemed dangerous, unsuitable or non-compliant.
PRICING
Prices are communicated prior to the service and may vary depending on:
the size of the property
the type of service requested
the estimated duration
any specific requests
Prices are expressed in euros (€), unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENT
Payment terms are specified at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due after the service has been completed or in accordance with the agreed conditions.
In the event of late payment, Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to suspend future services.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Cancellation by the client
Any cancellation or modification must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
In the event of late cancellation or client absence, Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to charge all or part of the service.
Cancellation by Blue Comfort Cleaning
Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service in the event of force majeure or exceptional unavailability. The client will be informed as soon as possible.
SERVICE QUALITY AND COMPLAINTS
Blue Comfort Cleaning is committed to providing a professional and high-quality service.
Any complaint must be submitted within 24 hours following the service, by email, phone or WhatsApp, in order to allow a prompt review of the situation.
LIABILITY
Blue Comfort Cleaning shall not be held liable for:
fragile or valuable items that were not declared
damage resulting from faulty or unsuitable equipment provided by the client
indirect or immaterial damages
In all cases, Blue Comfort Cleaning’s liability is limited to the amount of the service concerned.
INSURANCE
Blue Comfort Cleaning declares that it is covered by professional civil liability insurance in accordance with applicable regulations.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected in connection with the services is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Maltese law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
CHANGES TO THE TERMES & CONDITIONS
Blue Comfort Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force at the date of booking.
