What happens once my booking is confirmed ?

Once your booking is completed, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp.

The Blue Comfort team will then contact you to finalise the essential details of your service: access to the property, your priorities, the estimated duration, and any information needed to ensure a perfectly tailored cleaning experience. Confirmation is generally fast, although depending on the time slot and your location, it may require a little extra time. If no cleaner is available for your selected time slot, we will reach out to you promptly to propose an alternative that best suits your schedule.

How should I prepare for the first cleaning ?

Before the service, please ensure that your home is accessible and that all necessary cleaning products and equipment are available on-site. You may share your preferences, priorities or any specific instructions directly during the booking or via WhatsApp. This helps us prepare the service efficiently and pass along clear instructions to your cleaner.

Good preparation ensures a smooth service and results fully aligned with your expectations.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning ?

You do not need to be present. However, for the first cleaning, it can be helpful to be there for a few minutes to show your home and explain your expectations. If you are unable to be present, you may organise access in advance (key safe, code, neighbour). Simply send us the instructions via WhatsApp and we will communicate them to your cleaner.

Do I need to provide cleaning products ?

Yes. Blue Comfort does not supply cleaning products or equipment.

We exclusively use the products available in your home to ensure a cleaning that matches your surfaces, your habits, and the products you prefer to use. This allows us to respect your environment, your materials, and the way you like your home to be maintained.
